FEATURED PROJECTS

CALIFORNIA MODERN
In the heart of Silicon Valley, this home belongs to a growing family who needed functional spaces. The inspiration for the design throughout featured beautiful clean lines that complement and enhance the double-volume living spaces that were a must for this family. In order to make 3,300 square feet flex to the needs of six active people, all the downstairs spaces were created to multitask, leaving the upstairs to accommodate private living spaces. To ensure maximum functionality of the entire lot, the back of the house was designed to give easy access to the backyard. A giant pocket door opens the back wall of the living room for immediate access to the deck and outdoor kitchen, and gives their four young children constant access to the entire yard. The corner dining room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, with a door accessing a dining deck in the side yard. Thoughtful and creative collaboration with the clients resulted in a highly functional, and beautifully welcoming home.

FRENCH COUNTRY
Belonging to a multi-generational family, this home tucked into the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains needed to have plenty of space for entertaining large parties. It was originally a ranch-style home that was transformed into a unique French-style estate. To make this possible, both a remodel, as well as an addition, was needed as a part of the project. The design throughout focused on symmetry and careful application of the details of the French style. The final touch was landscaping the front and back yards to create lush and beautiful gardens that complete the picture of this gorgeous home.
